Goomy is a Dragon-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VI. It evolves into Sliggoo starting at level 40, which evolves into Goodra starting at level 50 when leveled up during rain (or fog in Generation VII) in the overworld. Take a look below for 23 amazing and interesting facts about Goomy.
1. Goomy is a Pokemon that resembles a slug with beady black eyes.
2. The lower half of its body is light purple, while the upper half is a paler shade of purple.
3. Along the dividing line of the two colors are five large, green spots.
4. On top of its head are two pairs of antenna-like horns; the hind pair is slightly longer than the front pair.
5. These sensitive horns are used to check its surroundings.
6. Goomy is considered the weakest Dragon-type Pokémon.
7. Its body is mostly water and is covered by a germ-laden mucous membrane.
8. This slimy layer causes physical attacks to slime off harmlessly.
9. However, it becomes unable to breathe and will die if its body dries out.
10. Because of this, it stays in damp, shady areas.
11. Goomy’s horns have powerful sensors that allow it to locate any sign of the enemy, allowing it to survive any kind of danger.
